Order cancellation

Delivery and shipping time

Regions and delivery areas

Shipping for almost all countries except for those areas or zones where due to difficulty of access, communications or similar considerations it is justified that said offer is not available.

For international shipments, we are not responsible for customs and border duties; this cost will be the consumer's full responsibility.

Product return

Returns. For international purchases, returns and associated costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

For Mexico: The company will be responsible for the shipping cost, however, it is important to note that we only accept returns that comply with the return policies.

Return Period:

Products we do not accept Return:

Payment Refund

In the event of a return of the garments (order), this will be assessed to see if they are in the same condition as you received them. After the analysis, we will notify you whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the requested refund value. We undertake to process the return within 30 calendar days from the confirmation that the refund is valid. It is also important to take into account the bank refund times on the card. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund, unless you have not proceeded with the return in accordance with any of the options offered in the previous clauses.

Product changes
