- Right to Withdraw from the Contract
1.1 Content and Exercise of the Right
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract before Shipping Confirmation without needing to justify this withdrawal, according to the terms and procedure outlined in this section. If you wish to cancel after confirming shipment, it will be treated as a return, and you must follow our return policy process. For international purchase, the applicable laws are those of Mexican territory. For international purchases, returns and return costs are the consumer's responsibility, as well as customs and border duties
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify VZM Brand S.A.P.I. DE C.V. through our contact methods on this website of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by making an unequivocal statement. You will not have the right to withdraw from a Contract for the supply of any of the following products: i. Personalized items. ii. Sealed goods for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. iii. Socks. iv. Underwear. v. Swimwear. vi. Hair products. vii. Perfumes. viii. Accessories without their original packaging. ix. Altered or visibly used or damaged items due to use or any cause attributable to the customer. x. Product that is not exactly the same as purchased and in the same condition. Your right to withdraw from the purchase will only apply to items returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the item has been used beyond mere opening, if items are not in the same condition as delivered, or if they have been damaged. Therefore, you should be careful with the item(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item with all its original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents. In any case, you must return the item with the electronic ticket you received attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which you can also find in your account on the website.
1.2 Return
You can request a return on our website through a messenger contact or by email at "support@vezmeclothing.com," and the return of goods must occur before the expiration of the 14 working days following the receipt date of the product. To enhance customer experience, we cover the cost of return shipping. For international purchases, returns and return costs are the consumer's responsibility, as well as customs and border duties
1.3 Assessment of Product Condition and Possible Refund
In case of returning items (orders), they will undergo an evaluation to check if they are in the same condition as when you received them. After the assessment, we will notify you whether you are entitled to a refund for the requested return value. We commit to processing the return within 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the refund. Additionally, please consider the bank processing times for the card. You will not incur any costs for the refund unless you did not proceed with the return according to the options provided in the previous clauses.
- Withdrawal from the Purchase Due to Defects or Hidden Flaws
2.1 Content of the Right
In addition to the right of withdrawal, VZM BRAND S.A.P.I DE C.V. grants consumers a right to withdraw due to defects or hidden flaws under the terms and procedure outlined in this section. This right entails our commitment to accept the exchange or return of your products within the first 90 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods at the agreed delivery address, or, if the goods in your order are delivered separately, 90 calendar days from the day you or a third party at the agreed delivery address took possession of the last of those goods, when such goods present defects or hidden flaws that make them unfit for their intended uses or diminish their quality or usability or do not provide the safety normally expected given their nature and reasonable use. Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition as you received them, except for the defect or hidden flaw. Please return the item with all its original packaging, labels, instructions, and any other accompanying documents.
2.2 Exercise of the Right
If you believe the product does not conform to the Contract due to defects or hidden flaws, you must contact us immediately and no later than within the 90-day period through our contact methods on this website, providing details of the product and the defect or hidden flaw it has.
2.3 Product Return and Exchange
As part of exercising the right, you must proceed with the return or exchange of the product. You can request the return on our website through the messenger process or by sending an email to "support@vezmeclothing.com." Once the return process is confirmed, you will send the product to the offices or branches of the company we will specify, without undue delay. The return must occur as soon as possible and no later than ten days from the return request. Please note that the return costs will be the customer's responsibility.

We will examine the product's condition and the existence of defects or hidden flaws. After reviewing the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the paid amounts. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date we send you an email confirming that a refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is due. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Amounts paid for products returned due to a genuine defect will be fully refunded, including any delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. All product descriptions, information, and materials on this website are provided "as is" and without express or implied warranties except as legally established. In this regard, if you are contracting as a consumer and user, we are obliged to deliver items that conform to the Contract, being liable for any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery. Products are considered in conformity with the Contract if (i) they match the description provided by us and have the qualities we presented on this website, (ii) they are fit for the ordinary use intended for products of the same type, and (iii) they exhibit the quality and performance typical of products of the same type that are reasonably expected. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties except those that cannot be lawfully excluded with respect to consumers and users. The products we sell, especially handcrafted items, may often display characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. Such characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, knots, and color, will not be considered defects. On the contrary, their presence should be expected and appreciated. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are inevitable and should be accepted as part of the product’s individual appearance. The provisions of this clause will not affect your rights as a consumer and user, nor your right to withdraw from the Contract.
