Service Availability
Our products (offered on the website) are currently available for almost all countries, except for areas or zones where access, communication difficulties, or similar considerations justify that the offer is not available. Our shipping time will depend on the region you are in within the country; however, our average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days. For International Shipping 7 to 12 working days. For international shipments, the applicable laws are those of Mexican territory
How the Contract is Formalized
The contract is only formalized when we have the Shipping Confirmation report of the product, whether by email, phone, or any other communication method. Therefore, there will be no contract until it is accepted by us, and all orders are subject to our approval. If for any reason your order has not been accepted yet and a charge has already been made to your account, the amount will be fully refunded. We are not obligated to supply any other product that may have been ordered until we confirm the shipment with a Shipping Confirmation.
Product Availability
If due to force majeure or any other reason (such as supplies or unavailability of items in stock), we will refund the full value of the order for products that cannot be delivered. Vezmé is not responsible in such cases, as we always seek the best solution to meet your needs.
Right to Refuse an Order
We reserve the right to withdraw, change, remove, or modify any product, material, or content on the website. Additionally, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.
Delivery
For all orders (services or purchased products) within the previous clauses, we will attempt to ship the order and related products in each Shipping Confirmation before the delivery date indicated in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated period indicated when selecting the shipping method. The maximum delivery period will be 20 working days; as an exception, the maximum delivery period will be 30 working days from the Order Confirmation date. However, delays may occur for various reasons, and Vezmé may extend this time depending on the circumstances without any obligation to meet these deadlines. Please note that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
Inability to Deliver
If for any reason the delivery of the order is impossible, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will make at least 2 delivery attempts. We will also inform you if we attempted to deliver your order but there was no one at the delivery address to receive it. After these two attempts and if the order is not delivered due to reasons not attributable to us, we will consider that you wish to withdraw from the Contract, and we will consider it terminated. As a result of the Contract termination, we will refund the price paid for such products as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date we consider the Contract terminated. Please note that transportation costs resulting from the Contract termination may incur an additional charge, which we are authorized to pass on to you.
Transfer of Risk to Ownership
Ownership and, therefore, the risks of the products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.
Price and Payment
Any and all prices of products on the website may change at any time due to internal company decisions regarding product management, but all confirmed orders by Vezmé will not be subject to alterations. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added at the checkout when we have the shipping address information. Shipping costs are your full responsibility unless otherwise stated in promotions where Vezmé covers the shipping cost. Additionally, if you are a registered user, you can view details of all your orders in the "My Account" section. Payment can be made using available cards and other payment methods, which can be changed, and Vezmé reserves the right to stop accepting or using these methods. You can also pay all or part of your purchase with a gift card or coupon issued by VZM Brand S.A.P.I. de C.V. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card data will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will pre-authorize your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The charge will be made to your card when your order is confirmed. If you use PayPal as a payment method, the charge will occur when we confirm the order. By clicking "Authorize Payment," you confirm that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the gift card or voucher. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay, non-delivery, and we cannot formalize any Contract with you.
Guest Checkout
This website also allows purchases through the guest checkout feature. In this mode of purchase, only the essential information to process your order will be requested. After completing the purchase process, you will have the option to register as a user or continue as a non-registered user.
Value Added Tax
In accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, the sale of goods in Mexico is considered a taxable activity for this tax. A sale is deemed to occur in Mexico when the country where the goods are located or where they are shipped to the buyer and, when there is no shipment, when the goods are physically delivered by the seller in the country. Accordingly, orders placed will be subject to the general VAT rate, which is currently 16%. For international shipments, we are not responsible for customs and border duties; this cost will be the consumer's full responsibility
