Terms and Conditions – Vezmé Giveaway

1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Vezmé, a registered trademark. This dynamic is not associated, sponsored, or administered by Instagram or TikTok.

2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on July 19, 2025, and ends on July 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (CDMX time). The winner will be announced on our Instagram stories on July 28.

3. Who can participate
- People over 18 years of age
- Residing in Mexico
- Following @vezme.official on Instagram and TikTok
- Commenting and tagging 2 real people with good taste (no business accounts, celebrities, or fake profiles will be accepted)

4. How to participate
To participate, you must:
1. Follow @vezme.official on Instagram and TikTok @vezme.official
2. Comment on the official giveaway post and tag 2 real and active people
3. Share the giveaway post on your Instagram stories and tag @vezme.official to double your chances
Your account must be active and visible if you are a winner, for verification.

5. Prize
The prize consists of Vezmé garments selected by the brand with an approximate value of $4,000 MXN. The size will be chosen according to availability and the winner's data.

- The prize is not exchangeable for cash, refunds, or other products
- Shipping will be covered by Vezmé within Mexican territory
- The garment will be considered a formal purchase, with all applicable current guarantees according to our terms of use and return policies on vezme.com.mx

6. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be selected randomly from the participants who correctly complete all steps.
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, another person will be chosen.

7. Personal Data and Information Use
By participating, you authorize Vezmé to store and use your data to integrate you into our database, including sending future communications (notifications, launches, promotions, or other relevant information).
Your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy published on vezme.com.mx.

8. Modifications
Vezmé reserves the right to modify these rules if necessary, always guaranteeing the transparency and fairness of the process.
